This service allows Cold Formed Building Consulting Group to take your drawing and create a complete quote file in ACT. Once the file is generated, it will be sent directly to you. You’ll be able to open it in your ACT software, and the file will be ready for ordering engineering and the building package. Please note that service fees may increase if revisions are required or if custom engineering is needed.

After payment, we’ll schedule a phone or Microsoft Teams consultation to review your documents, set expectations, and discuss key details. This initial payment is a baseline fee covering the consultation and project review. After the review, you’ll receive a quoted price. Once approved and the second payment is made, our team will begin designing the building for engineering and to order.
